There are two production processes for spraying targets as Atmospheric technology and vacuum technology(with better quality).

For manufacturing Niobium Oxygen rotating target, Yolo is mainly focusing on vacuum process.

Compared with the atmospheric process, the vacuum process request more higher tech requirement, but it brings the higher quality of molybdenum target:

  • higher purity,
  • higher density,
  • lower oxygen and impurity .
